In small groups of 4, students receive special attention while being lead through a workout designed to challenge endurance, flexibility and overall strength. This class is designed to work the deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, glutes, arms and back significantly. Reformer classes have proven extremely popular and fill up well in advance, so contact the studio to reserve your space early on. This group class is conducted on the Reformer as well as the Ped-i-Pul in order to create the most comprehensive Pilates workout. Reservations are required. Reformer Prep is a pre-requsite.
