How long have you been teaching? What made you start?
I was introduced to yoga during my pregnancy about 3Years ago carrying my first child under my heart.
I have attended my very first group class at newly opened Community Well Being center based in Dubai and immediately felt home. Felt true spirit of yoga for very first time and it didn’t take me while decide to become a Certified Yoga Teacher to deepen my practice as well as my knowledge and enjoy having fun with sharing with all of you 🙂
What do you teach?
Hatha, Power Yoga very very soon Pre and Post Natal Yoga but in heart I am Vinyasa . Love Vinyasa Flow, powerful movement with breathe will leave you with feeling of great workout, good stretch and strong base and of course the best part of Yoga – Savasana or I sometimes I call it Napasana haha ☺

What can someone expect in your class?
My classes are unpredictable, you can expect all kind of surprises laughter, jokes touches (not what you think I mean alignments :)) but they come with challenges haha which will leave you happy, strong, stretched & relaxed. I encourage everyone in my class to have FUN 🙂
What is your favorite thing to do besides work at Piloga?
I am beach, sun sand type of person if I was not born human probably will be a Mermaid haha 🙂 love travelling to beach destinations, and spending quality time with my family gives me lifetime pleasure. Enjoy spending time in the Kitchen trying to create healthy dish which is why we mostly dine out LOL
Sweet or Salty?
Oh yes naturally Sweet haha dark chocolate and peanut butter at any time of the day is way to my heart 🙂
