JOLANTA

piloga teacher

List 3 Non-yoga/Pilates facts about yourself:

  1. I like dancing, singing and playing a guitar, but just for myself.
  2. I used to be in a folk/traditional dance group in Poland and we travelled to other countries in Europe.

  • I love the nature  and especially going for long walks or bike rides through the countryside.
  • My husband has recently introduced me to paddle boarding and open water swimming.

How long have you been teaching? What made you start?

An osteopath, who I went to see about lower back pain, introduced me to Pilates in 2009. Generally I am a fit person and exercising was part of my life until this horrible pain. The osteopath told me to stop all exercises except Pilates. This is how I started my passion and my current job in Pilates too.

What do you teach?

Pilates, which I believe helps not just our body, but also our minds.
