How long have you been teaching? What made you start?
Although relatively new to teaching, I have been practicing for the past 7 years. I have always been very athletic, into team sports and weight training but until Pilates entered my life, I was never able to fully achieve that long and lean look that I always desired. I know this may sound cliché but Pilates really did change my life and I am confident that it will do the same for you!
What do you teach?
I teach both Pilates Reformer and Matwork but have a particularly special bond with the reformer J

What can someone expect in your class?
You can always count on me for detailed instruction, vibrant energy and variation that will keep you on your toes every week! I’m always looking for fresh exercises to add to my classes and never afraid to try something new. Who’s with me?
What is your favourite thing to do besides work at Piloga?
I love finding new places to take my dogs; parks, beaches, lakes you name it!
