How long have you been teaching? What made you start?
For me it all started many moons ago when I stopped being synchronized swimming athlete and became a proper coach. I needed to learn how to warm up participants and do a full body workout in a safe and effective way. I didn’t like the idea of gyms and possibilities of getting injured so that is when I discovered the beauty of Pilates.
What do you teach?
My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my teaching background, led me to becoming a certified Pilates instructor.
I am STOTT Pilates certified instructor in Pilates Mat level 1 and 2 (advanced). Besides these, I have certificates in:

What can someone expect in your class?
Everyone, no matter their fitness level or abilities, can benefit from increased physical activity and I strive to provide every client with a program that is effective and appropriate, but that allows them to feel comfortable and safe. I am passionate about using correct form, proper technique, and injury prevention in a fun environment.
In my class you can expect enjoyment but also to sweat and work hard. We will join forces together (everything is easier when its done in a team) and do our best to have fun and will feel good.
What is your favourite thing to do besides work at Piloga?
Besides working in Piloga and being active, I love cooking and trying out new recepies. Oh yes, and I love talking about cars and big engines too. Weird for a girl, I know…
Sweet or Salty?
I can be without lipstick in my bag, but I can never be without dark chocolate. It rules, anytime – anywhere.
