What do you teach?

My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my teaching background, led me to becoming a certified Pilates instructor.

I am STOTT Pilates certified instructor in Pilates Mat level 1 and 2 (advanced).  Besides these, I have certificates in:

What can someone expect in your class?

Everyone, no matter their fitness level or abilities, can benefit from increased physical activity and I strive to provide every client with a program that is effective and appropriate, but that allows them to feel comfortable and safe.  I am passionate about using correct form, proper technique, and injury prevention in a fun environment.

In my class you can expect enjoyment but also to sweat and work hard. We will join forces together (everything is easier when its done in a team) and do our best to have fun and will feel good.

What is your favourite thing to do besides work at Piloga?

Besides working in Piloga and being active, I love cooking and trying out new recepies. Oh yes, and I love talking about cars and big engines too. Weird for a girl, I know…
