How long have you been teaching? What made you start?
My yoga journey helped to discover the love, light, truth and peace within me. I discovered myself, which made me understand the true meaning of life. I believe our inner source of power through unifying body and breath helps overcome the false limitations of our mind.
What do you teach?
I love morning Hatha Flow, afternoon Vinyasa and evening Ashtanga! Moreover, I also teach Power, Dynamic Weight loss and Flat Stomach Core yoga.

What can someone expect in your class?
I guide practioners to create balance in the mind and body through exercise, breathing and meditation. I work with students of varying levels adapting different teaching method for individual conditions, and encouraging my students to meet their fitness goals.
What is your favorite thing to do besides work at Piloga?
Comfortable snickers, denim shorts and a good walk!
